How long do invitations etc. take to be printed?
Our usual turn around is 3-4 weeks from sign off of your proof.
Can I get my invites quicker?
Yes, by using our express service. This service costs £50 extra, but will jump you to the front of the queue which usually means that your order will be with you within a week of signing off your proof (subject to stock availability). To use this service just put in the comments section of the checkout that you want to go express. We will add the £50 onto your invoice and charge the payment card you have given us.
Is your site secure?
Yes, we use a 128 bit SSL, when you go to the checkout area you will always see the padlock symbol in the bottom right and corner of your screen.
Why is the delivery date on the checkout the same as my wedding date?
We had to alter the shopping cart software to allow us to collect the date of your wedding, this was done by amending the delivery date part of the program, rest assured your order will be with you before your wedding!
Can I change from the standard wordings for invitations you have on your site?
Yes, all you need to do is pick a standard wording, but let us know in the comments section of the checkout what you would like to be printed in your invitations.
How do I see a proof of my order?
For all wedding stationery we will e-mail a proof you within a few days of your order. Proofs are PDF files and require Adobe acrobat reader to be viewed on your computer.
Why haven't I had a confirmation of my order?
Firstly, check the e-mail address you have given us is correct. Then check the spam folder for your mailbox. Some ISP's put auto generated e-mails into your junk or spam folder. |
